July 2, 2015 11:39 am | By Alan Kerzner

The Institute for Global Student Success (IGSS, www.globalstudentsuccess.com) is dedicated to helping international students in U.S. universities achieve their academic, social and professional goals. IGSS was founded by Alan Kerzner, a former executive who now teaches part-time at Wharton and NYU. The cornerstone program of IGSS begins with an Intensive in late August in NYC followed by yearlong one-to-one personalized mentoring with a faculty member or executive. Our enrollees have earned a Grade Point Average of 3.7/4.0 during their first years and 90% of eligible enrollees have gained paid internships or jobs in the U.S. This is three times the national average for international students and higher than the employment rate for domestic students. Companies where our enrollees have worked/are working include Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, PWC, EY, Disney, Marriott, Amazon, WPP advertising, Jaba Technology, etc.
