Hello and welcome to IntroAmerica’s latest feature on college rankings!
This month is going to be a little different. Rather than comparing two different ranking organizations, we will instead look at different rankings from the same agency: Unigo. Specifically, we’ll be looking at the top “New Ivy League” schools, the top “Hipster Colleges”, the schools with the most “Unique Traditions”, and the top “Fifty Shades of Cray” (party) schools. For more information about the lists, head to www.unigo.com.
Remember, more important than the ranking of a college is its ability to suit your personal and academic needs.
Unigo: In addition to Unigo’s reviews of 6,500 colleges, which have drawn tens of millions of unique visitors over the past several years, Unigo.com offers the ability for prospective students to have live one-on-one phone or video sessions with college counselors and current college students from around the country for help with their college application and decision process. With more than 1,500 counselors and 15,000 college students available for sessions, prospective students can browse and search based on the type of desired session, areas of interest, region, and much more. Prospective students also use Unigo for admissions advice and access to an interactive guide helping them through every aspect of the college admissions and financial aid process.
